Service will be billed at a rate of $95.00 per visit between May 15 th thru September 15 th . Services before May 15 th and after September 15 th will be billed at a rate of $120.00 per visit.
Services include a complete system and site evaluation. Testing and adjusting water chemistry including ph, alkalinity, salt, calcium hardness, chlorine and stabilizer levels. Cleaning all skimmer and pump basket. Cleaning auto cleaner bags. Vacuuming and cleaning all debris from pool. Brushing tile line. Filter cleaning when necessary.
Note: DE and cartridge filter cleanings are not included in Bi-Weekly pool service and will be billed at a rate of $55.00 per cleaning.
Chemicals included in service are as follows, all ph adjusters, all chlorine products and Mineral Spring Renewal (for Mineral Springs pools only). For adjusting all other water chemistry parameters Aquatic Solutions will use our BioGuard brand bulk chemicals and customer will be billed at a cost effective per portion rate.
In the event service cannot be performed, outside of an error on the part of Aquatic Solutions, a trip charge in the amount of $25.00 will be charged and maintenance for that week may not be rescheduled. Service will resume on the next scheduled week of service. Examples of why Aquatic Solutions may not be able to perform service include a locked gate, locked auto pool cover and unfriendly dogs in the yard, etc.
Note: If you intend on locking your gate or auto cover during the season please provide Aquatic Solutions with a gate code or key location.
Any and all repairs/mechanical work needed to keep your pool in good working order will be billed at a pro-rated labor rate of $22.50/15min. plus the cost of any parts and/or materials needed.
Payment will be charged to a credit card on file the first week of every month for the previous month’s service. Declined payments will suspend all service, maintenance or otherwise until balance is paid in full. If you choose to change credit cards please do so before the first of the month.
Maintenance items between visits such as emptying baskets and maintaining proper water levels are the customer’s responsibility and Aquatic Solutions will not be held liable for damage or malfunction of pool equipment or pool surface.
Note: Date range must be at least 60 days. Early termination of this agreement will result in a fee of $175.00.
I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and request service as stated. I authorize Aquatic Solutions, LLC to record and charge the credit card I provided as described in this agreement.
